Dear LCMS-users,

I am a newcomer in LCMS field. I tried to tune my water soluble substace (acrylamide Mwt=71.1) using APS 5000. A solution of 0.3% formic acid + 5mM ammonium acetate was added to improve ionization. The substance should give a transition m/z 72 > 55, but i get the transitions m/z 70 > 54.

I do not know what have I missed.

Can somebody help me ?
