Timezones????

Hey, I set up the original webauciton and had the same problem as a few users, ie. the closing time would be 2 hours late. Read through the forums and found the bug fix. Now I’ve applied it, but the timezones seem to be wrong, ie. Africa/Johannesburg (this is where we’re based) is off by an hour, it shows 04:35 while it is 03:35
Any ideas??
