Error message when trieing to edit some setting like user

I get following error code ewhen i try to update usersettings…

Anyone got an idea what could be wrong…

To assist anyone i have crated a test account:

User = test

Passw = test001

What do you mean update user settings? Like update the information on a particular user? Can we get the test site address to use that test account on?
