How do I edit product listing when logged in as admin?

I recently added a “reserve price” value to my auction site, – and when logged in as admin and viewing the product listing page – although I see that my “reserve price” column is showing – none of the values that are shown underneath that column are formatted as currency (they’re lacking the dollar sign prefixes and the trailing zeros)

Which template would I need to modify – and how would I need to modify it – so that the reserve price is formatted as currency? (just like the minimum_bid values are formatted)
