Need expert help in tweaking your application……….

Hello Sir,
Im a final year student doing My final year Engineering in Chennai - India, now im in process doing my final year engineering project. My project is about building e- commerce site where bidding is done for agriculture products, so we chose an open source Xataface web auction. Here we working on the code which i got from net so i would like have your help in completing my project. i have hosted the code on a free hosting site where auctions works correctly but we need correct the following things.

Here are the list of problems which we faced while working on the code.

  1. we are not receiving the confirmation mail after the user registration.
  2. we are not able to add or modify the fields in the registration form. i would like to add City and State to locate the user.
    3.How to change the EDT timezone to IST time zone in the home page of the site.
  3. Error in mail to the user who won the bid, the user who won the bid always receives the following mail where the bid Amount is always 0.00 $ only.
