Wich version of XAMPP is best for WebAuction under Ubuntu?

Hi,
I am now thinking of setting up WebAuction on Ubuntu 10.04, but have to know wich version of XAMPP works best for Ubuntu/Linux.
I used XAMPP 1.7.1 on Windows and it works perfect.
Will XAMPP 1.7.1 work on Ubuntu without any problem?

* PHP 5.2.9 + PEAR (Support for PHP 4 has been discontinued)

* Zend Optimizer 3.3.0
* eAccelerator 0.9.5.3 für PHP 5.2.9 (but not activated in the php.ini)

Will it work under Ubuntu?

Just wanted to tell that the Webauction with XAMPP 1.7.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS worked like a charm!
Will never use Webauction under Windows again as I did get plenty of errors/fatal errors and had a luck with getting it to work in Windows XP.

But can I export the auctions from the webauction from Windows XP to the Ubuntu PC somehow?
