Need Help wih Webauction

Using hosted version of Webauction and it is great! I have searched the forums and have not found the answers to some of the questions I need help with.

1. When creating a New Product, should a Current Record always be created for each new product listing?

2. Is there a way to show the time of auction in actual time instead of military time?

3. Is there a way to add more pictures inside of each product listing?

4. How do you change the Product ID numbers?

5. My Watch List is not working once a bid has been placed.

6. How do I Export an XML Representation of each Record?

7. How do you Import Records?
