find view question

hello everybody
this framework saved a lot of time for me …thank you Mr.Hannah!
here is a quick question:
is there a way to change the appearance of the form fields in the “find” view?
could i possibly add a widget style , like in the edit view?
my idea was to make the search for a specific date or timestamp more comfortable by using the calendar widget

Hi Martin,

Currently there is no support for “custom” widgets on the find form. However, after looking at the code, this probably would not be difficult to add. Please add this feature request to the issue tracker and I’ll try to get to it for an upcoming release.

Are there any updates on this….

The find view will be used extensively by our uses, so I am hoping widgets will be possible.

There have been some updates to the find form - but I haven’t addressed this one …
