Recent Changes Permissions

A lot of times things will appear in the recent changes on the left. But, if clickked, will only display a msg that we dont have permission to view these things. For instance today (Saturday September 2, 2006) has a link:

I unfortunately had to shut down the dataface development blog due to spam.
