Hi all,

It is possible to localize Dataface in other languages? And how it is possible?
I’m available to translate it to Italian.

Bye,
Claudio

Hi Claudio,

Dataface is all dialed in for internationalization. I just haven’t made any translations of it yet. The fact that you are willing to do an italian translation gives me motivation to fast-track this process. I just need to put together an INI file of the English translations in the site (the tab names, messages, etc..) and I can pass it along to you to be translated. It could be a couple of weeks to get this to you, as I’m tied up right now…. but I appreciate your offer and you will be hearing from me.

Add me to the bill for this. I would like to do a Gaeilge (Irish) translation. Definitely be a little quirky, but at least workable.

I am willing to do a Dutch translation.

Mr. Steve,

I think we should set up a translation section since we have three folks that are ready to translate. Maybe even a forum section? I think it might be good also for us to get together in chat if necessary. Even on the phone. I can sign up for unlimited phone calling to most of europe for a modest price through my cable modem phone company..so I could do some kind of three way calling.

Fully available any time.

Skype is the cheapest route for conference calls. You can have up to 5 participants, and if you have a headset (or mike and speaker) plus broadband it’s free.
