v1.0 beta 1: groups widget

The groups widget appears to not work in the latest version. I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function addElement() on a non-object in /var/www/private/xataface/Dataface/FormTool.php on line 412

I switched to a table widget, which worked beautifully.
