field visibility

Hi.. newb here with some newb questions.

How do I change the visibility of a field in Detail -> View and Edit? I saw the directives for Browse, Find and List. But didn’t see any for Edit. I assume it’s located someplace else?

Ok I got part of this. I am using widget:type=”hidden”. So what’s left is Details -> View. Can’t find how to “hide” the field there yet.

Also, visibility:find=0 is not working for me? Can someoe confirm this?

visibility:browse=hidden should hide from view tab.

try visibility:find=hidden for find tab.
