Problem Adding Rows using Datagrid

Hi

When adding a row using the datagrid module a default value defined in the fields.ini for that table is initially picked up and displayed in the grid but when the record is saved the default value doesn’t make it to the database.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a bug. If you add it to the issue tracker, I’ll see if I can get to it.

Is there a way to hide the ‘ add row’ button until the bug issue is resolved
