Get blank page after save a new record

Hello, I have just installed Dataface to my home computer and tried FacultyOfWidgetry example showing in the tutorial. I have installed Dataface correctly since I can see http://localhost/dataface/dataface_info.php page. However, when I add a new record under Program and click on “Save” button, I got a blank page. I have also checked the error log, nothing there.

Hi,
Can you tell me what the solution was because I get the same thing!
I hit save and get a blank page at the url [path]/index.php
If I erase the index.php and leave only the path it will show the page I was supposed to see after hitting save…

First place to look is the error log to see what PHP says the problem is.
