Two Issues: Activation Code & Registration Email

I have two issues on my site:

1. Activation Code:

When I register an account, the email sends with the activation code. When I click on it, I get this error:

“No registration information could be found to match this code. Please try registering again.”

1. Registration Email:

When I register, the activation email sends and the email listed in the “from” field is my server address and NOT the admin email address. For example, the email comes from “Server@myhost.com” instead of the admin email “admin@admin.com”

Please help me resolve these issues. Thank you.

It is possible that Xataface doesn’t have permission to create new tables. Can you check to see if you have a table named dataface__registrations in your database. If not, check to make sure that the database user has permission to create new tables.
