Customize the toolbars of FCKEditor

Those buttons appearing on top of the editor is configured by this file: xataface\lib\FCKeditor\fckconfig.js using the following javascript code:

Is there any way that I can remove some of the buttons in the FCK Editor by creating another fckconfig.js located in the app somewhere?
