FCKeditor update from 2.5.1 to 2.6.6

Hi,
I tried to update FCKeditor from version 2.5.1, used in Xataface1.2.6, to version 2.6.6. But it seems that xataface1.2.6 depends on version 2.5.1 or depends on modified files, because replacement of 2.5.1 with 2.6.6 doesn’t work. Could someone give me a hint what I’m doing wrong?

Xataface doesn’t depend on modified files for fckeditor. I haven’t tried to update it myself so I’m not sure what the pitfalls will be.

Thanks for the quick reply.
A silly thing to update FCKeditor without clearing the browser cache and templates_c. After doing this it works fine (at a first glance)
