Problem with german umlaute

Hi

I try to run xatface in german. Now I have a problem with the umlauts in the menus. I only get question marks. Is there a solution?

[SOLVED] I had to convert all the files from ANSI to UTF-8. Now everything works like I imagine.
Xataface is a very good tool and it looks like it does exactly what I was looking for. Thanks
