unable to open zip pack

Cannot open zip pack. I do this all day long ok.
Any suggestions? Is the current zip valid?

The ZIP is valid. Just downloaded it and tried it again - worked fine. Perhaps try a different ZIP extraction program. Or try the tar.gz distribution.
