Text show in Jump Menu

Would it be possible to customise the text shown in the drop down Select box when editing details.

Ideally I could choose which coloumn would be displayed.

I have attached an image to show what I mean.

The jump menu uses the titleColumn() method to determine which column should be displayed.
(If you look around the forum and wiki you should be able to find some examples of this method).
