More than one Save button in Related table Form

Greetings,

I have problem in related table form. The problem is that more than one Save button appear in related table form instead of one, I have attached the snapshot, kindly review it. and let me know what’s the problem, what can we do so the save button is just appear once below the form like in normal form.

your help will be greatly appreciated.

I don’t recall the easiest way to turn this off. You can probably do it with some CSS if you look at the buttons’ source HTML.
