Details Only View for Relationship

Hi,

Is it possible to change the view used when seeing relationship records. To explain and clarify:

I have a table full of people, each people and a table full of extended fields for this person. The extended fields need to be able to updated and sepperate from the main people table mainly for data re-use.

I have created the appropriate tables and relationships but would now like to replace the default list view for the extended fields relationship to be the details / browse view with appropriate grouping of fields that I have achieved in the edit and current browse view (viewing the table directly and not by way of the relationship).

Is this possible, if so how is it best to go about it.

Currently no config option for this. What I usually do is add a custom section to the view tab of the parent record and just layout the related fields there.

I had come to the conclusion of writing a custom view of some description. And probably attempt something similar for the calendar. Time to get delving into the wiki again.
