Author: Steve Hannah shann.nosp@m.ah@s.nosp@m.fu.ca Created: March 23, 2006 A class responsible for writing configuration information. This could easily be included inside the ConfigTool class except that we want to keep the size of the config tool down to a minumum because it is always needed.
